Note from your Pit Admin Trainer

 

Due to an unfortunate technical difficulty, the Pit Administration Supervisor training was not recorded.  To ensure consistency and excellent customer service to teams and guests, we ask that you all read the PowerPoint slides and the “Pit Administration Supervisors’ Guide,” paying particular attention to the New and Key Training Points.

 

Thank you very much for volunteering for this key position.  We surely appreciate your dedication and hard work, and look forward to your participation in the post event teleconferences with suggestions and supplies reports for replenishment.
